1. About these terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply when you use the racketbro website, mobile apps, and related services (“Racketbro” or the “Service”). Racketbro is operated by Techinorm (“Techinorm,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Age and permission

People of any age may use Racketbro. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian must review these Terms and our Privacy Policy and give permission before you or your club create or use your account. Club administrators must obtain any required guardian permission before adding a minor. A parent or guardian who permits a minor’s use is responsible for helping the minor use the Service appropriately.

3. Accounts and club access

Keep account information accurate and protect your sign-in details. Some player accounts are created by a club administrator using the player’s name and contact details. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account and should contact your club administrator or Support if you believe it has been used without permission.

Your account may be connected to more than one club. What you can see or do depends on your role, club membership, and the permissions configured for that club. Club administrators manage their club’s membership and may be able to view or update club records.

4. What Racketbro provides

Racketbro provides badminton learning content and tools for clubs and players, which may include player profiles, sessions, match records, scores, rankings, events, polls, club activity, cost records, and support. Features can change over time.

Match results, player details, and club records may be entered by users or club administrators. Rankings and summaries are generated from available records and settings; they are not an official tournament result, referee decision, or guarantee of a player’s performance.

5. Your content and responsibilities

You retain your rights in the information and materials you submit, including profile photos, messages, and match or club records. You give Techinorm permission to host, store, process, and display that content only as reasonably needed to provide, secure, and support the Service and its club features.

Only submit information and images you are allowed to share. Do not upload another person’s photo or personal information without permission. For a minor, the responsible parent or guardian must authorize the account and any information or image submitted for that minor.

6. Acceptable use

You must use Racketbro lawfully and respectfully. Do not:

• impersonate someone, misuse another person’s account, or access clubs or records without permission;
• harass, threaten, or unlawfully discriminate against other users;
• upload unlawful, harmful, or misleading content, or content that infringes someone else’s rights;
• probe, disrupt, scrape, reverse engineer, or interfere with the Service except where applicable law permits it; or
• use the Service to violate applicable law or another person’s privacy.

7. Subscriptions, club charges, and refunds

Any Racketbro platform subscription price, billing interval, trial, and renewal details will be shown before you authorize a purchase. Platform subscriptions renew automatically for the selected billing period unless canceled before renewal. Cancel through the relevant Razorpay/payment-provider subscription controls; cancellation stops future renewals, while paid access normally continues through the current paid period.

Refunds for Racketbro platform subscriptions are not automatic. Send a request through the in-app Support team; Techinorm will review each request manually and case by case. A request does not guarantee a refund. This does not limit rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

Platform subscriptions are separate from club membership fees, session costs, event charges, and other club payments. Check the terms and payment instructions shown for each charge. The club or payment recipient is responsible for its own fees and applicable cancellation or refund decisions unless the checkout explicitly says otherwise.

Payments may be processed by Razorpay and are also subject to the payment provider’s terms. Do not send full card or bank credentials to Racketbro Support.

8. Intellectual property

Racketbro’s software, branding, design, and service materials are owned by or licensed to Techinorm. These Terms give you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the Service for its intended purpose. They do not transfer ownership of Racketbro or its intellectual property to you.

9. Availability and suspension

We work to keep Racketbro available but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service. We may update, pause, or discontinue a feature, or restrict an account that appears to violate these Terms, compromise security, or create harm. Where reasonably practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to address the issue.

10. Disclaimers and liability

Racketbro is a software service for learning and organizing club activity; it does not supervise play, verify every user-entered result, or replace venue rules, coaching, or professional advice. You are responsible for exercising appropriate care during physical activity.

The Service is provided as available. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Techinorm is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

11. Ending use of the Service

You may stop using Racketbro at any time. To ask about closing an account or deleting personal information, contact dev@techinorm.com. Some club records may need to remain available to other club members or be retained for security, payment, legal, or dispute-resolution purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service changes or for legal, safety, or operational reasons. We will update the date at the top and provide additional notice for material changes when reasonably appropriate. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated Terms, subject to any rights that applicable law gives you.

13. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you. Disputes will be handled by courts of competent jurisdiction in India.
